Bankruptcy law services include:
Representation of debtors in Chapter 7 liquidation and Chapter 13
debt adjustment matters. Representation of debtors in contested
bankruptcy matters, adversary proceedings concerning property of the
estate, and creditor objections to discharge.

Creation of corporations, S-corporations, and
LLC's in New York. Preparation of minutes for annual meetings of
shareholders and directors. Preparation of by-laws. Preparation of
